MB Quart ZA2-1500.5 1500 watt, Four Channel car Audio Amplifier

The only thing this amplifier does not have is an internal cooling fan. It has 3 built-in adjustable cross-overs, high pass for 1-2 + 3-4, and low pass for 5. It also has a subsonic filter for channel 5 (subwoofer) also, many higher priced 5+ channel amps from competitors do not included a subsonic filter. Unless you are in car audio competitions, I do not see the need to run multiple amplifiers, this amp is super simple to wire up and power your system for daily use. Channels 1-4 is 2ohm stable 100w x 4 and channel 5 is 1 ohm stable 450w x 1 (not 1000 x 1 as the manufacturer states). MB Quart lists it as discounted on their website, so get one while you can!

Ordered a za1-1500.1 and received this 5 channel unit by mistake....twice. I was refunded and told to keep this unit by Amazon...how is THAT for customer service! Pretty awesome! Anyway, I reordered the mono amp...again...but I went ahead and hooked the sub channel up to my 2 Punch P3 10's at 1ohm while I wait for my reorder to come in. It pushes the subs pretty hard and sounds great. It's a nice amp. Only downside is its large size. Alongside my za2-1600.4, I'm impressed with these amps. I seriously doubt they do specs, but they do put out some good clean power. Edit: replaced my PPI Phantom 900.5 with the ZA2-1500.5. Wow! I've been a huge proponent of PPI but this amp sounds awesome in comparison. This is clean and powerful....but three times the size. Love these amps.
