Is this best to use on toilet or in tub or in the yard?

Lol "in the yard" well what I do I use it in the bathroom on the floor right by the toilet I hang it on the shower rod or a towel rack or something high enough to get a good flow... Hope I answered your question

Its 3/8" ID. But this tube isn't made for enema use. It's made from hard plastic. Use softer hose as in surgical tubing. Can be bought from hardware stores.

How to wash and sanitise the tube and tips?

The instructions say to wash with soap and hot water

Laying down on the floor is not an option for an elderly person. Can they do it sitting up on their side leaning to the left

Enemas could be done laying down on a bench on either side. For coffee enema it is recommended to lay on the right side. If the person is sitting it would hard to get enough liquid in the body because of gravity. But I’ve seen pictures of enemas done standing up too.
