Sofucor Ceiling Fans with Lights and Remote, 52 Inch Low Profile Indoor/Outdoor Ceiling Fan with Light, Reversible DC Motor, 6 Speeds, Solid Wood 3 Blades Ceiling Fans for Bedroom Living Room Patio

Purchased this 52-inch fan for its modern styling and bright LED light. It replaced a well-known brand (H) that just did not give off enough light for the bedroom. Very easy to install (took me longer to remove the old fan) and the real wood blades are very nice. Initially had a problem with the remote receiver which didn't connect. Called customer service and they diagnosed and immediately sent a replacement receiver. Sofucor even followed up to make sure it was received and working. Happy to say the remote and fan now work great. Nice controls, good fan speed and excellent light, with three color options and dimming capability directly from the remote. Looks great in the room and couldn't be more pleased with the fan overall. Won't hesitate to purchase another Sufucor fan knowing they look and work great and are backed by excellent customer service.

I purchased this fan due to the super low price from Sofucor's Amazon Store. Frankly my expectations were low and thought I would just doubted them based on price thinking it was too good to be true. Sofucor made me a "fan" of their company (excuse the pun), because they delivered on everything! Here's what won me over. 1. They're right its easy to install. I installed the fan in less than 15 minutes after removing the old ceiling fan. Everything you need is the box except the screw drivers. 2. The instructions had QR codes to easy to follow videos for installation. 3. The old fan I replaced was a Hampton Bay Fan that came with the house used 3X times more power than the Sofcur's. 4. Sofucor's remote is a little different to get used to but at least it works! The Hampton Bay remote didn't work. It require me to run downstairs turn off the breaker and by the time I returned to the fan with the remote the internal timer won't allow me to program it. Sofucor's worked out to the box! 5. Sofucor's fan is quiet. - really quiet. 6. Sufcor's fan moves the air better than most I seen or used. 7. The fan looks GREAT. The wood is real, although a light weight wood it's attractive. The previous one from Hampton Bay had blade made of press board. Suggest Areas for Improvement. 1. Please pay a native English speaker to adjust the wording in the user manual. There are many errors which include spelling, dropped phrases, and grammar issues. I am not one to critically analyze anyone's English skills because my own are so poor. I believe correcting some of the issues in your installation manual would show off your products quality better. 2. Page 8 of the Use and Care Guide for the KBS-52245 showed a medal hanger hook on the the hanger plate. Specifically in photo 13 there is wire to temporarily hang the motor while wiring. That wire wasn't on the unit I ordered. 3. On page 7 there is a picture of a wire to connect the LED's to the cable. The unit I received didn't have th cable extending for the LED plate. The connect was on the edge of the LED plate. The figure on page 7 photo #7 should be corrected. In summary, I love the fan and now am a FAN of Sofucor's ceiling fans. I will be buying a few more. UPDATED: I have since purchased 3 of them myself, and I have installed 3 more for family members who purchased them. Everyone is very satisfied with them and they love the way the fans look.

Not only do these Sofucor ceiling fans handsome and boast a quality build, stellar performance with great air output, and quiet operation, I was also blown away by their amazing customer service! Hurricane Helene ravaged my home in 2024 with 3’- 4’ of floodwaters, submerging most everything — including the remote controls to my Sofucor ceiling fans. After finally reinstalling the salvaged fans, I contacted their customer service and they promptly replied within hours, which is in itself nearly unheard of today — but they also most generously offered to ship me replacement remote controls for both of my fans at no charge! I have since purchased 4 more Sofucor fans for my remodeled home, and will continue to be a loyal customer as I am a super fan of Sofucor fans!

I would give this product 4.5 stars if the system allowed that. Overall, I'm very happy with this ceiling fan. Its style is what I was looking for, a sleek, modern, clean look. The various adjustments for speed, reversible, light intensity and color, are very nice. And this fan runs very quiet and smooth. The only drawback is the plastic dome for the light. While glass is heavier, the plastic is the one part that makes the fan seem a little 'cheap'. All in all, I recommend this product. Also, my experience with the seller is positive. One of the fan blades had a small but noticeable gouge in it. With photos sent, the seller sent replacement blades promptly.

We bought two of these fans when we extended our patio and built our pergola in 2022. They are beautiful and make our patio cooler and livable in 90°+ degree weather. We hired an electrician to ensure perfect installation. We love that you can change the lighting colors, fan speeds and direction. The quality is nice and they look high end. After 4 years, they’ve held up perfectly in our state that gets both very hot in the summer, windy, and cold. Customer service has been wonderful, offering to help us replace our lost remotes. Highly recommend.

Assembly went together well. Real-wood blades are an upgrade vs plastic or laminate. Mounting kit was good, and appreciated the cable hanger to support the fan body while wiring. The brushless DC motor is completely silent, none of that annoying buzz which comes an AC motor with a cheap phase control chopper. Only sound is the blades swishing through the air when on high speed. Status memory while AC switch is off works. I think status is only saved for the light, but not the fan, still need to check that.

TERRIBLE PRODUCT. The fan produces no breeze whatsoever. I didn’t know it was physically possible for a fan to be so ineffective. The look is beautiful and I was initially so pleased with the product. We had an electrician install in our outdoor pergola and we saw it worked so didn’t think anything more of it. It’s been a cool summer so we didn’t need any breeze outside but finally had a hot, still day and were so excited to put the fan to use. When I say there is no air being moved *at all*, I am not sure I’m fully communicating how ineffective this fan is. We were moving directly under it (nothing), to each side (nothing), full speed fan on (nothing), each speed lower (still nothing). Perhaps the fan was rotating in the wrong direction? Repeated our tests after switching the fan direction. Nothing. My kids were blowing on each other to make sure they didn’t forget what blowing air feels like. They didn’t forget. The fan denies laws of physics. It moves it blades so fast - we can see it, we can hear it, but that is where the sensory experience ends. Now we have to uninstall this, pack it up and order another type which we’ll have to pay to install. Unless what you’re looking for is a beautiful art Installation, Save your time and money and look elsewhere for a fan that actually fans you.

As described; quiet and stylish; seems sturdy. Don’t lose the remote!
