I literally cannot go anywhere without this ball. I travel a lot for work and it goes with me each trip. It is a life saver! I have lower back problems and using it daily on my glutes has really helped with my pain management. Toothbrush, Charger, Mobility Ball *check*

This ball is a small size which does not penetrate as well as a larger ball for working on deep muscle tissue.

The ball was too small and too hard. I could not reach the knots in my back comfortably with the size of the ball and how rock hard it was. I was hoping the ball had a little more give, and thought it would be bigger. The hardness, size, and spikes on the ball made it uncomfortable to use on my sore/tight spots and it didn't produce the "muscle release" effect I was hoping for. Almost felt painful using the ball.

This product is exactly what I needed. I get soreness and stiffness in my lower back. I have tried other similar products but they never seem to quite hit the right spots or be solid enough to feel the deeper effect. The firmness and design of the grip on this ball are perfect for targeting and really pinpointing the problem area. I have not had this product long but I can already notice the relief in my back. One other thing I need to point out is the importance of not just rolling over the problem areas but stopping and applying pressure when you feel the ball on a pain point. This was a tip I learned from the seller in a follow up email and it has been crucial. So A+ for customer service! I have also been using it before workouts to loosen my muscles and after to reduce soreness and I can really notice the effect it has on my muscles during my workouts and for recovery.

Great product that works perfect. I used this the for the first time one day after leg workout and it really helped relieve soreness. Also has worked great for muscle knots. I roll this ball wherever I go.

Works well and fits anywhere. I wanted something harder than a lacrosse ball and this is it.

TOO SMALL

I destroy knots with this thing nightly. If people wouldn’t judge me for moaning while rolling on balls in public I’d bring it everywhere. It certainly travels with me (along with the DaVinci Stillpoint inducer.) I’d love a smaller size/density as well.
