Decent
It feels off kinda easy but the relief is there.

Terrible adhesive
This tape is terrible, adhesive didn't last a single night. This photo is after the tape was on for less than 12 hours, with most of those being while I was asleep.

Just as good as the name brand
I'm a gymnastics coach and we use A LOT of K tape. The name brand stuff is really expensive so this was a great find! I broke a rib a few years ago and it still acts up so I use tape on it when it's inflamed to help. This tape has stayed on for 3 days now, with showers and everything. Great find!

Easy to apply to skin
This works best when applied on a smooth shaved skin, then cleaned with an alcohol wipe, and round the edges. There are many different applications for this tape and it offers some pain relief for minor aches and pains, or sore limbs. The tape is supposed to last for a while, but it falls off in a day or so.

Not sticky enough
It's ok but it doesn't stick well to skin (and worse to itself) even with rounded ends. Stretches fairly well though. Doesn't yank out much hair upon removal (but it's also not very sticky as I said)

Happy.
Tape is great. I love that I can cut to whatever size I need. The dollar store athletic tape I bought previously caused terrible blisters and literally pulled my skin off. So far no issues with this tape. Happy.

Poor quality waste of money
Does not adhere. Comes off in 1 min.
