May I return hp ink cartridges that are unopened that I purchased from Amazon for a refund?

Check to see if the vendor can replace the item. I have had very good customer service from Amazon so keep them in the loop.

is this compatible with the HP 7225e printer?

I’m not sure, but will probably come to you dried out and old. Don’t buy from Amazon

I cancelled my auto cartridge refill because I do not use it that often...now my printer will not work. What has happened?

HP is running a scam on us with this auto feature. I purchased a new printer just before heading south and could not use for very long. One foreign speaking agent told me I could do a vacation stop and start up again latter. When I tried this the next foreigner advised that NO they do not do this while on free service. My free time ran out of time while gone and now they wanted to start charging me. I canceled!!! Once you cancel all the "free cartridges" they sent are rendered useless by HP. You must go out and buy brand new ones.

Costly, but quality.

Fast shipping. I stick to OEM ink to prevent service issues, and the cost is high, but the value is there. They don't last as long as I'd hope, but that's life. They fit the printer and the performance is great.
