Hagen Organic Coffee for years! I first started looking for an organic coffee after I saw a museum exhibit which covered how much pesticide and other chemicals end up in conventional coffee. It scared the heck out of me, because I drink a lot of coffee. This was my favorite of the organic coffees I tried and it happened to be instant coffee, which makes it even easier to prepare for myself and the other coffee drinkers in my family every morning. I started by purchasing it in the glass jars from Whole Foods, but that quickly got expensive. Then I found I could order it in resealable bags on Amazon and I have found this is the easiest, most economical way to keep it stocked in our house. I love the taste so much that I even take the little single serve packets with me when I travel. I feel it is much better for the environment and my own health than using plastic pods or conventional coffee. Another important point to note about Mt. Hagan coffee is that it is Fair Trade certified. This obviously is important if you care about how the people growing and harvesting your coffee are being treated and compensated. In my eyes, it's a win all around. I drink it hot usually, so having an electric tea kettle at home is a must if you drink as much coffee as I do.
