They arrived and I ate 4 of them in one sitting. I'm afraid I'll upset my stomach. They chewy centers are addictive. The taste is great, the flavors keep things interesting. They aren't unbearably sweet, a little on the sweet side, but I like them. The outer shell part is tasty too. I've never liked a protein bar before. Just fingers crossed that they digest well and the protein is well absorbed in my body.

DELISHHHH!!! I 1st purchased this on April 3rd, 2026. I'm 71 years old, who wears dentures and has to watch what I eat due to health issues. This Protein bar has everything needed for me to cut back on my sugar intake. Instead of eating candy bars... or spending loads of money on sugarless chocolate... this helps with my cravings. Wearing dentures also limits what I'm able to chew... and so, I can't eat crunchy and definitely nothing with nuts. The flavor is a plus & how fresh it is when I open the pack. I'm not really concerned about it being gluten-free since my doctor never mentioned anything about eating Gluten-Free foods. I enjoy that these Built bars are healthy & the variety is a plus for me. I might buy this again since it's reasonably priced and also because I haven't been able to find a store that carries more than 2 types of variety in a box. So, this purchase was 100% a plus

These are tasty, however, I did not care for the coconut or the strawberry creme. Both had a bad chemical aftertaste. I love the chocolate chip cookie dough. It reminds me of marshmallow Easter bunnies. Cookies and creme was good. I like that they are sweetened with sugar. However, the sucrose will mess with your gut! Don't binge on these. I recommend them if you have someone who will eat the ones you don't like. Too much money to waste. My next order will be more selective.

Built bar puff protein are the BEST protein bars I have eaten. I have tried all these flavors and like them all. The middle is a “marshmallowy” consistency covered in chocolate. They are not heavy like the bars that are a taffy consistency. I eat a high protein, lower carb diet. These are some carbs but I use them in the late afternoon mostly as a treat. The brownie batter has a rich chocolate flavor that curbs my cravings for a candy bar. Strawberries and cream reminds of a chocolate covered strawberry and the salted caramel is very salty for those that want a salty sweet treat. The other flavors are great too. I like that this variety pack allowed me to try multiple flavors in one box.

Don’t be misled by the silly outer box which shows only chocolate and coconut. Inside it actually does have 2 each of these plus 2 each of strawberry, mint, salted caramel and chunky cookie dough. I almost sent it back. Fortunately, I double-checked here first. Thus, learned that the same incorrect, lazy, unimaginative and uninformative outer packing box is show here and hides the actual variety and details inside. There is no mention of the other flavors. No mention even of ingredients (especially the carbs that are indeed present and absolutely should be disclosed!!!) It is even more confusing, because Built does provide exactly this limited 2-type box of only coconut and chocolate filling to sell at Costco (with a much better Costco price!!!). So it seems credible the company is trying to repackage that very limited notion of “variety” for sale on Amazon. Unfortunately, coconut is the ONE flavor they should give up on, and then concentrate on the better ones. One would think that Costco has successfully unloaded enough of the coconut for them to finally let it go — rather than feature it in or on the variety pack. A L L of their other flavors are better tasting than coconut. And I do quite enjoy one of these every day or so to keep my protein intake up. Fix the packaging! Put the details of the ingredients on the outer box!!! Include basic honest disclosure. The strawberry and chunky cookie dough have less protein … why? So these do not maintain even a marginal positive balance for protein over carbs. Unfortunately the chunky cookie dough actually has a NEGATIVE balance with only 15 g of protein and 19 carbs. They could improve this with adding fiber and maintaining more protein than carbs. Lots of options to accomplish that.
