Waste of money, still leaks
There is a way to put these cab vents in without having to remove the back seat. However the tabs on this on didn’t allow it to click in and I had to remove the back seat in order to get this in. Might have been better off with original GM part but they want double the price. Update: gave this an even worse rating. After clicking in after removing back seats it still leaks. Terrible product

Much to my surprise, these actually worked
I kept getting water in the passenger door channel of my 2001 GMC Sierra 2500 HD. The internet said it was coming from the 3rd brake light or these cab vents. I sealed up the 3rd brake like and... the water kept coming. So I ordered these and popped off the original 23 year old cab vents. The rubber seal was still supple and I saw no reason why they'd be leaking, but I replaced them anyhow and... the water stopped coming! I remain a bit perplexed, but overall I don't care because now my truck is just that tiny bit less likely to rust through from the inside out. Note, make sure you get both the top and bottom to lock into place! It's a pain and doesn't seem like it's going to work, but it will. Given the space constraints, you'll end up using long screwdrivers, pry bars and plenty of expletives, but eventually they'll lock into place. I had to install the top edge first, then tap up on the entire thing, then push in on the bottom, and while holding the bottom in place tap it back down just an ooch. Voila!
