For me, these hit the mark. They have enough room in the toe box to not rub anything. And they have more toe protection than most shoes. The chassis mid shoe is adjustable enough to minimize movement. Sole is substantial, secure in walking, safe feeling. I've had these several months now. Deferred reviewing. I love 'em. They are more shoe than I expected (that's on me) so I was initially bummed at their weight. They benefit from break-in, but I liked their feel and fit right off. Unfortunately, I almost always track in mud with the grippy soles. 1/24/23 Had a contractor come to my house today to bid a job. He was wearing these shoes.
