Very impressed with the sound quality. I got mine @ $114. They look nice have great clarity and can play loudly. I think I was most impressed with the bass these have but if you want bass below 40-50hertz you will need to add a subwoofer, but I listen to mainly classic Rock and they have more than enough bass for rock. Easy to set up. Size is nice not too big but not small either. Definitely seem to be a good value but time will tell.

Wanted small speakers with some punch tor my coffee bar, and these work. Really nice speakers.

I don't write nearly as many reviews as I probably should because I certainly read them all the time. And I can't ever remember doing a review on a product that I returned. But this is what happened with these terrific speakers! I'm currently using the Klipsch RP-600M Reference Premiere Bookshelf Speakers with my Eversolo Play - CD Edition (which I really like despite its apparent lack of party-level high volume). I chose the Klipsch as my first choice mainly due to their sensitivity level as they are purported to have a loud sound–albeit sometimes described as too bright, harsh or “lively”--even at moderate volume levels. Now I know volume knobs differ and that lowest to highest level isn't necessarily linear but algorithmic or geometric or whatever the word might be. I don't know I'm not an audiophile. I just think it's odd to have to turn the volume almost all the way up to be even modestly loud. So I'm searching for speakers that don't require me to crank the volume to the max to get reasonably loud sound. These Pyle 6.5" Home Audio Speakers were a pair that I tested. I almost chose them over the $350 Klipsch! Key word is almost. They got almost as loud, even seemed to have a bit more detail, dare I say clarity, with some genre/songs. They even look better than the Klipsch! (subjective, I know) But alas they lacked the bass and fullness of the Klipsch speakers and didn’t get quite as loud either but they were darn close! For $114 these are incredible speakers. If you’re on a tight budget or looking for a smaller room…den/office/bedroom, I wouldn’t hesitate to highly recommend them. I nearly kept them even though I have no real use for them…that’s how good they are! For the cost, they are 5 star speakers.

they work well. I replaced very old ones that were large. there is plenty of sound with the new ones for the room

These speakers are awwwwsome very pleased louder than expected they look good and sound good there is a good chance that I will buy another set

Despite the reputation of this company not being very good, I thought I'd try them. For what they are, that being a small speaker, I like them. I put a small pre- amp between my player and av receiver and they sound good. Don't expect the world at this price and be happy.
