Although it's a 6' X 12' shed, it was a bit cramped when I get everything in there and I needed a work station when doing maintenance on my riding mower or power yard tools. This was the perfect solution. I could fold it up and keep my tools/materials on it while working, and then fold it down out of the way when I didn't need it. Very easy to install, they're sturdy and well made, and easy to raise and lower.
