2-PACK SEAT BELT BUCKLE HOLDER

I have a Ford Ranger Crew cab , I like the way the latches stay in place when I put the back bench seat up . They use to go behind the seat or under . Not any more - and it’s easier to buckle the kids up , no more fumbling even the kids can do it ! Win ! Win ! 😃 Excellent product!

I have a 4runner and needed to make buckling up easier for my kids in booster seat. Initially I had used the seatbelt extenders but after researching their safety issues it wasn’t worth the risk to me. Purchased these to try out and they really solve the problem my kids had buckling up. I’d recommend this to anyone with kids to help them locate & buckle up safely.

These did not fit over my seatbelts in my Toyota Camry (2015). I waited too long to return them. However I cut one of the long sides open with a hand saw and fit them around the bottom of the seatbelt latches and stuffed them down into the seat as much as possible. One on one side and one fit around both the middle and other side latch (which are next to each other). They work perfectly to keep the seatbelts from sliding down into the seat and it keeps them upright for easy buckling for kids or seniors (also makes it easier to see for seniors). So while they did not work as intended they were useful. Since they do not have any effect on the safety of the belt and are just keeping it up and straight, there should be no safety issue with cutting it to fit.

We have short buckle receptacles that are designed to fold down into the seat when the seat back is down and pop up automatically when the seat back is up. This unfortunately means that they move around very easily and this makes it hard for a child in a booster seat to get the top buckle snapped in. This product holds the buckle receptacle in place pretty well and holds the neighbor one down so that the child doesn't try to use the wrong one. It is hard to get on, and you have to make sure it is pushed on sufficiently that it doesn't interfere with the top buckle. Definitely worth it for the price. We considered getting the buckle extenders instead, but there have been lawsuits after children were injured, as the buckle extenders are not made by the car manufacturer and are not always of good quality. This product has been a good alternative.

This makes it easy for kids to plug in their seatbelt into the seatbelt buckle receptacle. By placing this on the receptacle, it is much easier for kids to reach and locate it one-handed. This is particularly useful if you have car seats and/or booster seats in the back row and the kids have to buckle themselves.

This does not hold the buckle up as stated. It does make the buckle easier to find though. Install is very simple, you just slide it over the buckle.

This helped my kid completely do it all in his own. No more, “MOM!!!! Can you help me buckle! Or Mom I can’t get it!” Seriously so easy install and remove. Perfect size, comfortable and sturdy! Great quality! I feel good knowing that the buckle is safely in position for my child to buckle.

I was a bit dubious about whether these would work, but they do.* better than I could have imagined.* *okay, here’s the thing, they work well in certain cars. We have three cars and they only worked in one of the three. Fortunately it was the car where they were most needed. We used these to stiffen the nylon webbing in the rear seat of a rav4 so the latch would “stand up” and our daughter could bucked her own seat belt around her booster seat more easily. At the same time, the second unit was used in the center seat for when we fill all seats during carpool. The center buckle in particular is floppy and meant to be hidden so this holds it up nicely. The key would be to look at measurements to make sure this will work. Didn’t work on our truck where the buckle webbing was too long (would have needed two, and I didn’t want to buy another set) nor on a midsize sedan where the buckle was fairly stiff already. Overall a great product that fills a specific niche.

I wish I’d known about these earlier! I have two boys and my youngest (7yo with asd) always struggles with fastening his own seatbelt. I find it difficult to lean over him and fasten his seatbelt for him as he ‘feels trapped’ and the whole saga causes major meltdowns. Every journey. My eldest tries to help him too however this causes more arguments and tantrums-just getting in the car is a trigger. I was looking online for anything that could make this process a little easier and came across these-I ordered them from Amazon because I wanted them ASAP. I fit them over my seatbelt buckles as soon as they arrived and now car journeys are so much more pleasurable. Just simple and straightforward. They were a little difficult to fit on due to the nature of the silicone-I thought my fingers were going to break from trying to support the bottom of the buckle and force it through-once I got it far enough I fastened the seatbelt in and used that to pull the buckle through whilst forcing the buckle holder down from the top-this was much easier. I like the fact that it was difficult to put on because it means it will not come off easily. It holds the buckle upright, no shifting, so my son can easily plug his seatbelt in with one hand and the buckle doesn’t disappear into the seat or flop around causing frustration. It has even made a difference to my grandmother who sometimes rides in the back-she finds it easy to fasten her seatbelt in seconds now. Best money I’ve ever spent.
