I recently purchased the Portronics Adapto 45 USB Type-C dual output charger and I am very satisfied with the performance. The Type-C port supports fast charging (PD), and my phone charges very quickly compared to my old adapter. The USB port also works well for secondary devices like power banks or other phones. I like that I can charge two devices at the same time, which is very convenient while traveling. Build quality feels solid and premium for this price range. The charger is compact, lightweight, and easy to carry. There is slight warmth when both ports are used together, but nothing unusual for a fast charger. Overall, it offers excellent value for money. Perfect option if you want a reliable, dual-port fast charger at an affordable price. Highly recommended

This is a good 20W charger I use to charge everything including my phones, tablet, watch, earbuds etc. It works well and can charge 2 devices at once(though this will distribute the 20W into 2 devices). It worked well for me for almost an year till and then today it suddenly stopped working. I was lucky that I had 3 days remaining for warranty so I exchanged it from the service center, which for me was good luck again since the service center is near my home. I don't think there is any service center in north India apart from north Delhi(searchable on google maps) and if you don't live nearby you would have to mail them your device and then they'll mail you your device back. You would also have to email them at [email protected] the images of your device and invoice(bill) to get a ticket which would be used to provide you the service. So keep this in mind while buying any portronic product. But if you can visit service center with your invoice and product, then it's easy.

This adapter is very good for its cost offers fast charging and also great functionality.

I strongly recommend not buying this Portronics adapter based on my experience. I purchased this adapter in May 2025. For the first few months, it worked fine, but after just 3–4 months of normal use, it completely stopped working. I contacted Portronics customer support multiple times through calls and emails before they finally agreed to replace the adapter. The replacement process took a lot of follow-ups and was far from hassle-free. Unfortunately, the replacement unit turned out to be just as unreliable. Now, in July 2026, the replaced adapter has stopped working again. Since the product comes with only a 1-year warranty, I am left with no option to claim another replacement or repair. This has been a very disappointing experience. An adapter is a basic accessory that should last much longer than a few months. Having two adapters fail within such a short period raises serious concerns about the product's quality and durability. The poor reliability, combined with the frustrating after-sales support and limited warranty, makes this product a bad purchase. My advice: Save your money and choose a more reliable brand. I would not recommend this Portronics adapter to anyone.

Does what it says so, good.

As it claims its fast but not so fast it would be really portable if the pins could be foldable, it does not heat up the quality is durable and the fast-charging only works with a fast charging cable
