Does it also filter flouride?

There is a carbon filter in the machine. The company Air Water Life sells an inline Fluoride Filter that works with their 7.0 & 9.0 machines... I would call and ask if it would work with the 5.0.

Does this machine filter Fluoride ? Can I get a separate fluoride filter and then run that water through the alkalizer ?

It does not, no ionizer on the market does. Regardless of brand you need to buy a prefilter. Air water life does offer a prefilter that works with their ionizer. I have the full set up and it is fantastic.

How long last the filters before need buy new one?

mine needs changing after 70 liters of water. I'm super angry about this. the filter is very small. the Unit i used before i purchased this one had a filter that lasted 6months to a year
