Then one of my bands broke the first time I used it and I had a direct email to contact them. They apologized and sent me an entire new set! Now I have extras in case other ones break (which is common with this type of equipment). But I’ve been using them almost every day for almost 3 weeks now, and none of the other ones have broken. It was a bummer that one of my bands broke the first time I used it, but like I said haven’t had any problems since. The bands work great. It’s really added a fun and effective element to my workout routine. I can really feel it in how sore I am the next day and even while I’m doing the workouts.
