Both Redot L and Redot M are set to emit 660nm & 850nm together by default, you can't choose to turn on the single light. Redot S can adjust the light according to your needs.

Should I wear the protective eyewear if I use the Redot L for back?

There is no need to wear protective eyewear if you don't look at it directly beyond 5 minutes, be aware of the pulse mode that may make you feel dizzy even if you look directly at it for a short time.

What benefits can pulse modes bring to my body? When do I need to turn on it?
