Chiro says I have herniated disks and the only way to improve outside of surgery is jello and bone broth. Real bone broth is the best but I am no fan of the taste. Thats where these caps come in handy though improvement is not particularly noticeable. (probably due to how serious joint injury is) Price is great and there have been no noticeable side effects

I mainly use the Grass-Fed Bone Broth Capsules with Collagen for my joints. It is amazing the difference in my inflammation levels as well as how much this product has helped my fingernails, hair, and skin, which I feel is a bonus for me.
