I love this product! I grill tortillas and these are fantastic for that purpose. They hold them down flat, two at a time. I'm sure would also be very good with sous vide grill marks too, will try that in the summer!

works but I should have gotten a bigger one. it will cover about 5 strips of bacon.

This is a quality item. It is going to make our grilled meats.looks so professionally cooked.

This grill press is weighty and leave beautiful grill marks on meat. I leave mine inside my propane grill and, when hot, use it to virtually cook both sides simultaneously. I also like the large size because I generally grill two pieces of protein simultaneously and this covers both.

Will not fit in my huge cast iron pan.

I have smaller versions of this press with wood handles. I thought the handle would get very hot on my indoor tabletop grill, but surprisingly not at all. I did not know the handle was also cast iron, as this press is designed for outdoor grills. The larger size is perfect. LOve LOve lovE this press.

We preheat this on the bbq then place it on top of steaks or burgers for faster cooking. It also keeps burgers from shrinking as they cook.

Happy I ordered it! Makes my stakes more juicier and they look fantastic!

The press itself is of good quality; it is just a bit too big for the pan we bought it for!

Works great in bringing some colour to oven cooked chicken breasts. The cast iron requires special care just as all cast iron does.
