DO NOT BUY THIS CRAP
Poor quality, stopped working properly after 6 months and now not bc at Peking at all. I probably used it 4 times a week since I purchased and now it’s not producing any steam. Anybody with a good review probably left a review too soon. This product is useless.

It’s a no for me!
Great investment. Huge and came with 2 cloth hair caps. Unfortunately the light stopped working year 3 and the steamer just stopped working this month ( beginning of year 4). So, Pro: great while it lasted. At least I got 3-4 years use in my salon. Con: after spending $500, it should have lasted longer. I have hair dryers that were cheaper and have worked longer. Also no product support. Looking to purchase another now and I would not be purchasing from this company!

It’s big but it gets the job done
This steamer is great but it’s too wide and it takes up too much storage space. It does great on my hair but the space is annoying.

Try it as many time as you can before the return date is over !
This purchase is a waste of money for me. To begin with the steamer didn’t come with a single manual for me to go by. I have to use the Amazon website to put it together and after that I have to YouTube it for the rest. even with that it wasn’t with the same brand so I had to wing it. 2nd except the power button nothing else is working right or working half way. I am very disappointed with this purchase because for the amount of money I have spent on this product, it should have come with manual, and 5 star customer service to say the list.

Big investment didn’t last long
In 9 months of maybe 50 uses, the water container in the inside knob broke. Luckily I was in the shop when the hot water started pouring out the back while it was in use on a client. Could have been a bad situation due electrical tools not even 5 feet away. It was a waste of money. I tried my best to purchase the water container but had no luck finding it. My suggestion get the steamer that you can use in shampoo bowl, less bulky and less trouble.

My order take longer than I expected and when it arrived it is broken, the product is not cheap and I am so upset. Second time I buy from Amazon and the product come faulty. I am returning it and never buying from Amazon again
