38mm Taperseal Growler Cap With Raised Ridges For Easy Grip (Pack of 12)

I am very pleased with the way that these caps fit on my growlers. I have already went down to the local brewery once and had them filled. These caps kept the beer very fresh. Now I had read other reviews where the caps didn't work for what they put them on, so that tells me that it will not fit tightly on everything. But as for a 64oz (1.89L) growler, they are perfect.

Pros: These caps are superior to the traditional metal growler caps with a wax or rubber liner because they can be used multiple times without developing air leaks. Plus they are dishwasher safe so they are easy to sanitize. Cons: They only come in black. The standard white metal caps are easier to write on with a black sharpie. These require a conte crayon, paint marker, or silver sharpie to write on the black surface.

ALTHOUGH these do not fit the GT Kombucha jars they do a good job on single track jar tops. GT uses a double thread and these caps don't work well on them

I used PBX to clean these and keep them in a jar with a touch of sanitizer so that when I clean and sanitize my growlers, they're ready to go. They don't leak, rust, or get stuck on the growler.

Fits standard growler..1st cap last 1 time. Tried tightening on a second fill an it cracked on me

This is only the 2nd time these are being used and they broke in my hand while I was putting the cap on! Now for reference I am a female that is not that strong and I was not trying to make it tight just trying to shut it like normal! I am nervous to try the rest!

Worked well with the growler I got from my local brewery. Appears to keep the carbonation of the beverage a bit better than the caps provided by the brewer.

I use these caps to replace the worn out caps on the GT & Kevita bottles for my 2F Kombucha brews. I have bought other caps that were smooth. These caps have molded lines around the edge of the lip which makes it easier to open a bottle because you can get a better grip on them.
