Do not use for brass items
Attempted to use this product to clean a brass watch mechanism. Calculated the correct dosage and added it to the distilled water in my ultrasonic. Despite it smelling like regular dish soap, it has discoloured every surface to a rusty red. I had to spend an extra 15 minutes on each pivot and cog trying to get rid of the staining. It might be good for steel, iron or other metals but brass is a big no no.

Well worth the money
Cleans carburetors in the ultra sonic bath so good, looked for a good cleaner for awhile, this one beats them all!
