I bought this for my wifes to help with her stretch marks from child birth. Its easy to use and sanitize. Its of good quality and a great value and quality in comparison to most derma rollers. She only uses it once every 2 weeks and after 6 months it has greatly reduced the appearance of her stretch marks. I recommend adjusting to a smaller mm setting because it can make your skin quite tender.

I like it better than the roller one I had and it goes much deeper, which I need on my scalp.

It works great at first, but my two previous ones would get jammed and eventually my last one wouldn’t reel the needles back in. So far so good with this one though. The only thing I’d change is making it a tad smaller or rounder to get to curved surfaces better. Such as near the nose.

I researched home micro needling and learned that the roller version is not recyclable. A stamp at .25mm depth to start is supposed to be the safest way to begin but you can build up to higher depths as needed. This stamp offers the range of depths I’m interested in for treating wrinkles & hair density issues. I needed shorter depth for thin skin around eye area but deeper for the scalp so this product is perfect for my needs. I sterilize before & after with alcohol & wash in scalding hot water as well. So far so good. Appears effective and safe.
