My snail loved it! They had been very picky and cucumber-obsessed lately, and had a weak shell. They went through a phase when they didn't want to eat anything except calcium. This product helped bring back his appetite a lot! At first, he didn't like it, and I thought my $16 was wasted. But when mixed with bottled water in a bottle cap, he finally ate it! Now, he loves it, and it's a great source of protein and calcium. Just make sure to feed sparingly to avoid too much protein, and check how much protein your species needs.

My snails eat this food more than any other - often devoured entirely the first day while other brands are often left untouched. Small scoop in the package is an added plus!

I have 2 snails in separate terrariums. I gave both of them a half scoop today, served dry, not as a paste, and they both ate every bit. Typically when I put fresh food in their home, they can smell it and go straight over to eat, no matter the time of day. I’m not sure if they eventually smelled this, or if they just woke up looking for something to eat since it sat in their bowls for a few hours before they ventured over. Either way, they must have loved it. I bought the fruit flavor since I feed them veggies and dried blood worms regularly. I’m glad to be able to give them more variety.

My snail likes the food and a little goes a long way. This bag has lasted a year since I only have one snail and supplement with fresh food.

My snails went right to eating this food. It was shipped fast and packaged well for shipping. I will be buying more and try the other kinds for my pets. It is nice to know they are getting a quality food for a good price. The bag has lasted me quite awhile. And I'm not even half way through it yet.

Since I’m not the actual consumer of this product, I’ll write from the caretakers point of view. I’m new to the world of snail ownership, it’s a classroom pet. I can say the food is easy to mix with a bit of water, and the snail eats it about 75% of the time. I do not feed this exclusively, and still provide fresh vegetables, but this food seems to be preferred. There is no off putting odor when you mix it, and it cleans easily out of the dish with soap and water.

Old review: They don’t eat it. Wish I can return but can’t. Update: They do eat it!!! It took them a while to get use to it but they are growing!!! Here is proof that they do enjoy it and it’s helping them be healthy. Still left off 1 star since the seal of the bag came off so it’s no longer able to close properly.

I feed this to all of my snails 2-3x a week for additional protein & calcium alongside their daily veggies. I regularly rescue wild caught snails in bad shape and it's literally saved nearly every one that's sick, vs before I had a lot pass, unfortunately, even with intensive rehab efforts. They also love this stuff besides that. My healthy CB snails get it too. They slink towards the food bowl so fast and it's adorable listening to their slurping sounds while they eat it lol! I make it into a thick soup. I can't recommend this enough :)
