I bought one, and ended up returning it because when I inserted the batteries, it did not work at all. I tried multiple times with different batteries. So I returned it. Then I ordered a replacement. It is adorable, but I am having the same problem. The batteries do not work, and yes, I am using the correct size. The frame is so cute that I’m going to buy a new clock face to put in it, but I would not spend over $30 on this again.
