These eye drops really make a difference with my dry eyes and am very happy they are preservative free. I had some drooping eyelids and needed some minor surgery so these were recommended for daily use. I am still using them after three years to help with the dryness and now my husband also uses them. He was using a different brand and really feels that the Systane is more soothing.

My optometrist recommended Systane Complete PF and it’s been one of the more effective dry eye drops I’ve tried. It gives quick relief and my eyes actually feel hydrated instead of “wet for two minutes and then worse.” I also like that it’s preservative free, which matters if you’re using drops regularly or have sensitive eyes. One thing I wish someone told me sooner: I always toss the first drop before using it. I do that every time, then use the next drop normally. It’s a tiny extra step, but it’s part of my routine now and it keeps things consistent. My only real complaint is the price. It works, but it definitely feels overpriced for something you may need often. That said, when your eyes are dry and irritated, finding something that reliably helps is worth a lot, and this one does. If you’re dealing with dry eyes and especially if your doctor recommended it, this is a solid choice as long as you can stomach the cost.

Check out the shape of the nipple on the bottle & dont buy the flat one. It's messy. Get the bottle with the nipple, its much easier to use. I'm changing my review just a little. My biggest issue is the 2 dif types of bottles, one has a nipple that makes it easy to put into your eye. You should be able to see the shape of the bottle, there's a diagram on the outside of the box. The other shape of bottle is almost flat & has no nipple & the eyedrops run down your face. I personally answered this question for someone today, Dec 2024, this review is originally from spring 2024, I've actually been answering questions abt these drops alot & updated today dec 23, 2024. When I see that my answer come up, I'll answer the question again for that person & change it a little. Last time I didnt put the different pics of the bottles w/ difference of the tops. I ask dr for a sample bc there is a $4 or $5 coupon inside the sample box, just take the box apart without ripping it up & the coupon is a part of the inside of the box. Yes, they have preservative free & original & several dif kinds. My opthalmogist gives me these drops e'time I go in. This is "PF = preservative free" so no unnecessary ingredients. I like the feel of these drops, they're a little oily feeling & very lubricating, very soothing. I use them throughout the day. They do cost a little more than other otc drops but also better quality. I do want to mention something; a few yrs ago I noticed that my eyes were watering all the time & ppl would ask if I had allergies, etc. When I started using these drops my eyes quit watering. I had dry eyes & my eyes were trying to compensate by making more tears. My eyes no longer tear up. One thing I'll say is I don't like the shape of the dropper where the drops come out, it took me abt a week to finally get it right. Theyre great drops & I'll continue to use them. Well worth the price. If I've had a day of wind blowing & pollen & my eyes, needing relief I use the ointmoint or the gel at night, but prefer the ointment, the gel is messy. It was a little difficult at first to learn the proper way but I looked online & there are 3 or 4 steps & they also have on their site coupons that you can print off once a month. So not only alot of pluses to buying these drops but they're the best I've ever used. After having a shot in my eye, I count on these for relief. I use PF, preservative free & ointment only, not gel at night bc the gel is too messy.

OK, let me be very clear here. This bottle is a NON ISSUE. I don’t know what people are crying about. It’s a bottle with a hole. Squeeze a drop in your eye. Done. Your eyes instantly feel better and juicy. If the product is running down your face, that’s a technique issue. Not a bottle problem. I love the product and the new and improved, funny flat nipple.
