!!UPDATE!!! i was completely drenched in sweat today, it literally poured off of my body onto the floor I highly recommend this. SIZE UP THOUGH! i got what Amazon rec before and it was to small/.not getting enough results I sized up and it covers my entire stomach!! It definitely works! You will sweat like crazy I did get the sweat stick as well the vanilla scent and it definitely helps you sweat a little more than just the band plus smells delicious. My only complaint is don't listen to the size recommendation.. it recommend I get a medium and that was very snug on me I'm 190 5'3 with a apron post partum tummy and it only covers half my stomach and it was very snug. I got returned that size and got the large and the large covers EVERYTHING and is not uncomfortable or to snug it's just right! Size up a bit is my recommendation IF you want full coverage from waist to under bra line.. I haven't used long enough to get results but I do sweat so it is true to its purpose!

I am 160lbs & I’m 5’7” - I wear a size 12/14 depending on brand. I purchased a medium and it has a nice fit. The compression is comfortable, doesn’t pinch, and honestly I can’t even tell I’m wearing it until I take it off. It is stretchy, thick but not ridiculously thick, and has nice velcro latching. It is extremely durable and reminds me of the knee wraps you would get from Walgreens… really nice. The sweat maker side is very nice, it’s like a black rubbery soft material. It will generate heat no matter if it’s on the skin or over a tank. - I didn’t purchase the sweet sweat gel; to be perfectly honest, I don’t think I need it. I wore it tonight straight skin and I was DRIPPING from a 1.5 mile walk. - I had previously worn it over a tank and I was still pretty sweaty! — overall, I’m super happy with my purchase! 10/10 for me! :)

Really love this product & it was in a good price too! The quality is really nice & also it seems that it will last longer! I tried on & it feels comfortable too, not hard to put on & to wrap around yourself I’m size S/XS & it was good! Even some extra fabric in case I gain weight 😂 Once I go to the gym I’ll lyk how good is to sweat, the waist shape goes from your hip to your chest underneath 🤷🏻‍♀️ & pretty easy to use! Ohhh the only thing I didn’t like the packaging, was ripped off on one of the sides

Seemingly good quality, but pricey belt. Does absorb sweat well and fits comfortably. coverage of waist area is good and not too bulky. So far, the velcro has held well, however after just a few washes it tends to fray just like cheaper belts do.

Helps me sweat which is exactly what I needed! It is super stretchy and adjustable which is perfect for weight loss and gain.

Genuinely works and makes you sweat a lot! It’s not very bulky, it doesn’t bother me when I’m working out.

I LOVE this band. I wear it while I work (I work outdoors) it’s super comfortable, flexible and doesn’t make me overheat. When I take this off it’s full of sweat. I’ve noticed I’ve slimmed down and it’s taking weight off of my belly and back. 10/10. Washes well, still sticks great does roll up a bit while pulling up pants but easy to adjust. I got a size medium, I’m about a 4-8 in pants depending on the brand and i could’ve even sized down for a more snug fit. But since it’s adjustable I can pull it very tight.

Dadurch das man gurt aufmachen kann ist er allein daher schon mega fein, da ich noch einen von einer anderen Marke habe der aber geschlossen ist und man nach dem Training fast nicht mehr runterbekommt weil er so anklebt... Habe den Sweet Sweat in Verbindung mit der Creme und ich bin wirklich sehr zufrieden. Die Creme kann ich auch nur empfehlen - riecht auch total gut!) Besonders beim Krafttraining ist er sehr fein da er auch stützt. Ich trainiere nur noch mit dem Gurt - und schwitzen tut man wirklich abnormal viel drunter - aber es wird nicht zu warm mit dem Gurt. Kann ich nur weiter empfehlen .

Einer der besten ”waist trainer“ die ich habe Ich verbrenne viel mehr Kalorien damit und du schwitzt wirklich alles darein Wenn du viel schwitzt, dann wird dieses Gummi was in dem Gurt drin ist, zwar etwas unbequem und klebend, aber dieses Gefühl vergeht sehr viel Bei starker Belastung merkt man dass eh nicht Ich habe den schon mehrmals gewaschen und der dehnt nicht aus, das Gummi ist weiterhin Wasser absorbierend. Eine 10/10 was das Produkt angeht

J'ai reçu ma ceinture de sudation avec un échantillons de la crème de la même marque ! Et comment vous dire ? C'est un produit juste génial, garde le dos bien droit pendant les séances de sport, affine la taille si vous y aller régulièrement j'ai déjà vue les résultat au bout d'une semaine en plus d'une alimentation équilibré de plus avec la crème ont transpire vraiment beaucoup. Je recommande la ceinture ainsi que la crème qui vas avec !
