I used ring doorbell and then i replace it with eufy .. Eufy is better in terms of 1-never missed anybody passing 2- have many customized features for user 3- does not required subscription like Ring and google doorbells

It's nice product and have such a plenty of features, only negative thing that still not capable to connect to home base 3 still only work with home base 2 which including with my order, othe wise I love it

item does not work or pair with home base and seems faulty I have been trying to reach customer service to resolve the issue but running out of patience especially when they promised to pick up the item to troubleshoot but been a week already by now and no one contacted me Fed up with promises !

there is no way to install on glass doors. but the item has great quality. eufy has no screen that allows you to see who is at your door, unless you open the app on your phone. easier to open the door and say hello.

Die eufy Doorbell hat meine Erwartungen absolut erfüllt. Die Bild- und Tonqualität ist gestochen scharf, selbst bei Nacht sind Besucher klar zu erkennen. Besonders gefällt mir, dass die Daten lokal gespeichert werden können – so muss ich mich nicht um zusätzliche Cloud-Kosten kümmern. Die App ist übersichtlich und reagiert schnell, Benachrichtigungen kommen in Echtzeit. Auch die Installation war erstaunlich unkompliziert. Seitdem fühle ich mich deutlich sicherer, weil ich jederzeit sehen kann, wer vor der Tür steht – egal ob ich zu Hause bin oder unterwegs. Insgesamt eine sehr empfehlenswerte Video-Türklingel mit starkem Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.

El producto está muy bien pero tiene algunos puntos a mejorar que hacen que me replantease el volverlo a comprar. Delay en video y conversación de 1/2 segundos, teniendo la estación base a unos 4/5 metros de distancia, calidad de los plásticos. También parece que no es apto para estar todo el día bajo la lluvia, al menos deberían de vender un protector compatible, ahora tengo que andar buscando algo que le pueda servir para que no se moje tanto.
