Grinder works well. How do I replace the water reservoir tray? It is broken and water leaked all over. Edited: Seller was immediately responsive and sent a new reservoir tray. This grinder is everything I was hoping it would be!

My old grinder finally was giving up and I ordered this grinder as a replacement to have on hand. It arrived the day after the old (also inland) grinder died. WOW! The power of this thing is unbelievable. The RPMs are so fast that it easily and smoothly chews through glass. I wish I had bought this grinder earlier, but I had no idea that there would be such a difference. I highly recommend this grinder.

If you're in the market for a new grinder OR if you're just starting out, don't hesitate to pick up this gem of a grinder. This Inland Wiz CG I just purchased here replaced the same Inland grinder we had used very heavily for almost 25 years. When it came time to lay that one to rest, my husband and I both agreed that there wasn't any other brand or type that we would consider replacing it with. The price is spectacular and the seller, Reentel, is absolutely outstanding to deal with. We were in the middle of a rather large time-sensitive project when our grinder died, and Jen from Reentel went out of her way to get this one to us in record time...2 days, in fact! I am not being paid for this review in any way, shape, or form...I'm just an extremely satisfied customer who loves buying quality equipment from a very reputable seller. Again, don't hesitate to pick one of these up if you want a product that will last for years and years and make your work easy. Happy Glassing!

This is such a great grinder. It is my first and after doing months of research and asking this is the one everyone said this is the one. I see why. My only complaint, and I mean I'd give this 5 stars BUT when setting up it says you need to use a lube for the bit that isn't included. Yes you can use vasoline but I don't have that on hand. I just thought that was super annoying and kind of cheap of them not to include. I went and ordered it from the grinder's website but it put my crafting on hold. SO this is a warning to anyone buying this who may be starting out in the hobby as well. ORDER THE LUBE TOO. It should say that somewhere, and maybe I missed it. I went through the listing and didn't see it, but it is in the instructions. I want to take care of this as I want it to last a while and I guess it just couldn't be that much more to go ahead and include enough to get started at least or to warn your customers to purchase it as well.

I've had this for 4 months now. Works well, powerful. Love it! Good value for the money.

Just buy it! Quiet, easy to clean daily after using, Versatile top & bottom sized grinders. Easy Peasy….

The grinder works OK This is the first grinder I have ever bought where the company does not provide a protective glass above the bit. Eye Security should be a priority. When did you stop including the suspended protective glass above the grinder bit ? Nickel and dime. Terrible for business.
