This little insect bite healer really works. I was skeptical at first, but it noticeably reduced itching and irritation within minutes of use. It’s simple to use, heats up quickly, and the treatment only takes a few seconds. I like that it’s smartphone-powered, no batteries to replace and it’s small enough to keep in a bag or pocket. Great for mosquito bites and other minor insect bites, especially if you use it right away. Effective, convenient, and well worth having on hand. I’d definitely buy it again.

I am an itchy person. I get bitten frequently. I was skeptical of this device for the price but I have to say I am impressed. I had two bites that were bothering me all day, and when I used this in the evening, I was left non-itchy from there on out. I did about a 3-4 sessions on each bite and that did the job. It does get quite hot but it is worth it. No burn marks and I love that this is tiny and fits on my keychain. It does not stay hot after the heat timer concludes. Love this thing so far.

The way I have not stopped talking about this wonderful little thing! It’s small and you can carry it everywhere on your keys or a lanyard if you’re hiking out. It heats up quickly without draining your phone battery. The zap it gives is customizable so it’s good for kids and adults. And most importantly, IT WORKS!! I am the person who will get bit by anything and often! I have been outside quite a bit this summer and it used to be if I missed a spot or forgot bug spray, large welts would come up at the site. I was constantly miserable. The HeatIt zaps it right away so not only do you not itch anymore, but helps prevent the welts by breaking down the saliva in the bite! Instant relief! It’s become the question of the summer-“do you need a zap?”

Do not buy. It does not last long nor is it returnable. First one lasted about a dozen times. Second one lasted about the same number of times. I did what the manufacturer suggested ie, restarting my iphone and re-installing the app but neither suggestion worked.

We recently purchased the HeatIt device and have been very pleased so far. Pros: • I like how small and portable it is and it fits on my keychain for convenience of always having it when I think to use it. •The unit is much smaller than others with similar technology, that I’ve researched. • It’s worked fairly well on my bug bites although I have had to apply it several times on each bug bite and so I’m not sure if it’s the tech or if enough time has passed that it wouldn’t be itchy anyway. That said, the blast of heat still keeps me from scratching so much I break skin. • The app was very easy to download, even outside the US (didn’t run into regional issues like I have with other apps) • User interface for app is well designed and even my children know how to use it. Cons: •It gets much too hot for my kids so we aren’t able to effectively use it, even on the shortest treatment and “Child” and “Sensitive” selected. So we are still carrying all the bug bite sticks and ointments etc. And they are still breaking skin. Overall, I’m pleased with the purchase. While it’s not the end all item for bug bites, it’s an easy and small additional thing to keep in the toolkit to treat bug bites.

I just got this today and already it's made my life better. I have always been the person in the group who attracts the mosquito bites and I'm excited to use this come summer. But now, I'm dealing with flea bites. Somehow my indoor cat got fleas and while she's fine now, I still get the occasional flea bite. I wasn't sure this would work on flea bites, but I'm happy to report that it does! I didn't see any other testimonials about flea bites so I wanted to share this! It took me a few tries to get it right. For some reason, I had to turn it around in my iPhone port? When I first tried it, it kept telling me that it was still heating up, but that was several minutes and that seemed wrong. When I took it out and turned it over, it heated up right away. You press "start" and it goes to a screen that shows it gradually heating up and that's when I learned to get it into position. The minute it's ready, stick it straight down onto your skin, so it's at a 90 degree angle to your body. Any other angle will not be as effective! And it needs to be right on top of the bite. I had two little bites right next to each other. I zapped the first one on medium power and I couldn't be sure it was working because the other bite was so close. I still felt itchy. I zapped the second bite on full power and, after the zing wore off (maybe 15 seconds?), I felt immediate relief. It's been a few hours and there is no itch at all. I'm so excited and happy. Every year I get so many mosquito bites and invariably, some get infected. I don't think they'll get to that point this year. Plus, I'm not going to be scratching in my half-sleep or awake and in agony feeling all itchy. I was skeptical when I first heard about this, but I searched online and found reviews at a .gov health website and a few others that explained why this would work. It's not just a gimmick; there's real science to explain why this works. I knew I couldn't return it and I didn't want to waste my money, but it seemed like a good bet. I am so happy I tried it!

Wow!! Works very well. A friend of my showed me this device and I was skeptical but I tried it and was so surprised that it actually works. No more calamine lotion, benadryl, etc. This is a medication free treatment for annoying bug bites. I love it.

This product is amazing! I am allergic to all insect and spider bites and react so badly with constant itching and pain. I have tried numerous anti itch creams but this is by far the best solution so far! Thank you I love it!!

This really does work, however I have found a tin to keep it in as I was continually losing it otherwise.

Arrived in open packaging and looked like it may have been used prior. I downloaded the application and plugged in the bite healer, but the application is not recognizing that bite healer was plugged into my phone. Therefore, not able to get it to heat up and it is not working. When I went to return it, I then noticed it was not eligible for return. A seller that does not accept returns is NOT a seller that stands behind their products, in my opinion. I contacted Amazon directly and Amazon was able to make it right. I would not order from this seller again.

I ordered 3 and 2 older version iphone and 1 Android one was sent. I can't use any of them and the others I was going to give as gifts can't use them either. We have iphone 15 and 16 so we cannot use these.
