Noga RC1000 Mini Reversible Deburring Tool Holder Set

I now have all three sizes of this tool. This is very delicate and should never be used with excessive force, as long as you apply minimal pressure and allow the cutting head to slowly remove the burr, it works amazingly well. The other two sizes I have are heavier and can handle more applied force. This is a very well made brand and I highly recommend.

Ideal for deburring the back side of holes that are otherwise unreachable. I use it often. A must have!

I was amazed at how handy these are. It's a niche application, but it really makes the process a lot faster when you do find yourself needing something like this.

I ordered the smallest one to help deburr 10-32 holes in 304 stainless pipe and it is too fragile for that specific purpose, also a little finicky using the button to turn the blade to remove from the hole. Fantastic idea but use is limited, probably work great on the same tapped hole in aluminum. The larger ones would be stronger and might work better. Also, the little pin that holds/pivots the blade is a small set screw not a pin so the blade can be easily replaced. On the small one it was I think a 0.028 Allen wrench.
