Let’s face it, a MacBook Pro is an expensive and fragile device, so you want to do everything possible to protect it from damage. ThisMoshiiGlaze hardshell case is an excellent investment. It’s made of hard yet flexible plastic that is rigid enough to deflect bumps and prevent scratches. The case is slim and well designed to perfectly conform to the MacBook Pro. It is not heavy or clunky. In fact, it is barely visible at all. The clear matte finish allows the aesthetic beauty of the MacBook to shine through. The case comes in two pieces that easily snap onto the top and bottom of the device. The edges are smooth and do not interfere in any way with using the keyboard or ports. The bottom of the case has plastic feet that provide a nice grip, preventing the MacBook from slipping or sliding around. I do not know how well the case will stand up to a hard fall or being dropped on one of its corners, but it has withstood being jostled around in a backpack and it appears that it will provide a solid layer of protection for many years.

This case is a top quality case for the Macbook pro 14”. The case is easy to fit onto the macbook and provides good space for access to the ports on the Macbook. The case is quite sleek but does add to the overall heft of the Macbook. The case is in two parts that snugly clip onto the base and screen/lid of the Macbook. - the edges do not protrude above the base of the Macbook and so dont interfere with the palm or wrist when typing on the Macbook keyboard or using the touch pad. The case has 4 good grippy feet underneath to help raise the Macbook a fraction good for ventilation and importantly, prevent any slipping on smooth surface/desktops I noticed the case was building up static before I installed it and so I cleaned it with an antistatic duster to try and prevent dust clinging to it before it could be installed. I expect on the MacBook any static would dissipate across the metal surface of the laptop and so should not be an issue once installed. My only 2 slight reservations 1) the case surface is quite smooth and so not very grippy when carrying the laptop in your hand - Not a big issue but I expect some laptop covers could be a bit more non slip. 2) one factor with semi transparent cases is going to be that any dust/hairs etc that get caught will be visible and so removing and cleaning the case will be needed from time to time - again not a big issue. Overall recommended, this case is an elegant protective upgrade to the Macbook - just be careful with the fairly smooth surface

To start I am not a case guy on my MacBooks. Never have. Phones, yes, MacBook nope. I have tried sleeves before but never found appeal in Laptop covers but had the option to try this and happy that I did. What I think helped me was the clear, matte look this provides. It's not over the top or off putting the aesthetic of the MacBook itself. Very complimentary. Weight is minimal as is changing the fit and finish of the MacBook with bulk. Sure you can tell its there but not bad at all. The rubber really meets the road in protection, pun intended, and this is the win for me. As a road warrior who is always in coffeee shops, airports and the like and toss my MacBook around this has given me a new level of comfort that grime, scratches and foreign substances will stay off my MacBook. Also nice that this case is quickly removable and cleanable with little effort. Highly recommend from a former non-believer

I got this for my wife who loves her Macbook Pro 14 and takes it everywhere. She killed her last macbook, so any measures to keep this one from suffering the same fait is worth it to me. This was the only case she liked and it turns out that it looks just as good in person as it does in the pictures. The installation was easy enough and it seems to have a strong hold. Be sure that you get the right version for your macbook because it's design is a tight fit. She has had it on her macbook for a month and no issues whatsoever. It seems to repel dirt and water, yet it's not too slick that you feel like you are about to drop it every time you pick it up.

The Moshi iGlaze case fits my MacBook Pro 14 perfectly. Unlike other cases, this design really avoids impeding upon air vent flow and input locations while still covering critical areas such as corners. I realize that this is designed to cover a very expensive piece of equipment, but the price is high compared to cases of similar construction. I love the intelligent packaging of this unit; instructions are printed on the box instead of wasting more paper. Unboxing felt similar to an Apple product; adequate protection with renewable materials and no unnecessary bulk. If you travel a lot with your MacBook, you may want to get a beefier case with rubber corners. If you use the Macbook in the home or office, I believe this is the best case you can buy. It offers good protection to the outside case without calling attention to itself.
