Mutt tool, flexible screwdriver.
Well constructed tool, but simply didn’t work for what I bought it for. It requires considerable space for the tool shank to fit on the screw and I didn’t have that space in my tight application.

Needs stronger magnet for bits.
Nice flexible screwdriver I needed for a doorknob since it’s hard to get to the screws. I like the concept of this tool but the magnet to hold the bits tend to be weak and the bit falls off. If the magnet was stronger it would be perfect. Maybe an electrical or rechargeable version would be helpful?

The flexible neck is not really flexible, and doesn not stay bent
I bought this to try and reach an out-of-the-way screw. It didn't really help... The tool's flexible neck is stiff and does not stay bent. Not really worth it in my opinion. Update: After my review they did offer a refund. I respect that very much.
