**Q: Does any one have instructions on how to attach this item.**
A: you lock in place on top of the slide when it is closed to prevent it from opening when in motion

**Q: What is the warranty on this product?  I used this product successively; however, one of the ends will not screw back in to the original position.**
A: One end is reverse thread, space that out?

**Q: How does it tension ?**
A: This acts like a turnbuckle rotate the shaft clockwise to tighten and counter clockwise to loosen. This also has quick push pins to get you close to your adjustment. If you have a large tip out I would get two, one for each end. This works great!

**Q: How many slide locks do you need per slide, Or do you need more Large slides?**
A: One per slide out
