Awful quality
Received the item today. Had based my purchase on the glowing reviews. Got it installed. And now it doesn’t work! The door is jammed and just won’t open. The password is correct because I had used it to begin with. Thankfully hadn’t put the keys in it yet because I was a bit vary. So unreliable! No quality control or checks. Waste of money. Don’t buy!

Need a spare pin....where do i get. No customer care
The pin wentoff stupid. The product is nice . But the spting pin is lost and now we have to pull it open instead of poping out after entering the number lock
