I always feel more energetic, happier and some aches & pains go away when, taking Recharge, by Ocean's Alive. I usually take 4 dropperfuls a day, a lot more than is recommended on the label, but it's a food, not a chemical, so my body loves the larger dose. It does have detox properties, so if you start with a higher dose, you may be running to the bathroom often. Start with a lower dose and work your way up. I gave it to my son who was a genius, but had ADHD, was very reactive, impatient, hot-tempered, and addicted to alcohol. My son was in his early 20s and lived with me, so I was able to observe the effects. After starting on a low dose and working his way up to 4 dropperfuls a day, after about 2 weeks, I noticed that he was so much calmer. He had more patience with the people in his life, he switched from short-term (reactive) to thinking about the long run. Without effort or intention on his part, he started drinking less. My guess is that he was self-medicating with alcohol and when he started getting the nutrients he needed to build a sufficient number of neurotransmitters, he naturally started feeling better and lessened the need he had to self-medicate, but was able to drink "socially." In other words, he went from drinking a 12 pack a day to 2 or 3 beers a day. The base of this product is Marine Phytoplankton. I have tried other products containing Marine Phytoplankton, but they did not have the same effect. I would only recommend Recharge by Ocean's Alive.

This tastes what you think it would taste like. The underside of the swimming pier at your local pond. Despite this I do put it under my tongue to get some quick action and results you can feel right away. I was looking for a pure marine phytoplankton product after researching its benefits. Bottle arrived and after having one taste of it, it took me a while to make it a habit honestly. But what convinced me and my very skeptical husband was our own 'test'. My husband has chronic gastric reflux (diet related no doubt and although he is stubborn about bad diet choices, is starting to choose differently). The GERD causes him to cough continually in the morning or throughout the day. He was willing to try the Oceans Alive marine phytoplankton tho. And what we noticed is that if he takes it first thing in the morning, by day 2 or 3, GERD SYPMTOMS DISAPPEAR!!! It took a year of getting better, and stopping the supplement and then starting to cough to return back to it for him to be at the point where he is today where he is a regular user. Am hoping that with a healthy diet he will heal himself completely! For myself, I find that now my body wants this supplement and so I take it imagining I am drinking the power of the oceans and ask it to do its magic in every single cell of my body. I bought a bottle for our grown kids, my mother, and we are on autoship now! :-)

Very rarely do I leave reviews but I’ve been taking this for a week now and I have to say it has not disappointed. I was skeptical, but did my research on the product, the company, etc. and decided to give it a try after reading about the many benefits of raw phytoplankton. After a few days I could tell a difference in my energy levels. It wasn’t like jumping off the walls but I didn’t feel as tired. I normally have a few days “on” with my energy and then a few days fatigued so I continued on the rest of the week taking only the phytoplankton and nothing else. I have to say as of yet the fatigue hasn’t hit which is not my norm and can only contribute it to this product. Matter of fact my energy and focus seem to be continuously improving by the day. I just feel better period and the mental fog I experience daily has started to lift. I’ve been taking at least 6 drops a day. I’d say prob every other day 12 drops. The taste is not appealing but it’s not horrid. I either mix it in juice or just drop the drops right on my tongue swallow and then chase it with something to get the taste out my mouth.

This is vile, I have never tasted anything so disgusting in my entire life ( 82 years), I thought I would throw up after taking one dropper, which wasn’t the entire dose.i had previously tried another brand but unfortunately that one is no longer available.

Love the health benefits! The taste is like drinking seaweed water, but have found it more tolerable when I mix a bit of apple cider vinegar into the water.

Ok. I have been suffering from chronic fatigue for years. It was bad. I was exhausted from the moment I awoke. I suffer from depression, anxiety, high blood pressure, shortsightedness, and farsightedness, to name a few .... all my bloodwork & physical exams, come back clean. I’ve tried every supplement out there. I bumped into an article about marine phytoplankton, & decided I had to try it. I did t feel much different the first few days, but after the 3rd or 4th day, I felt some relief. Little by little I’m feeling better. I can breathe easier, sleep better & definitely have an increase in energy. I read articles stating it takes up to three months to feel benefits and effects, so I’m definitely going to continue taking it. Although it sounds weird, I can see better. Sometimes I’m reading small print without glasses and don’t even realize it. By I don’t Want to get too excited, as I have been let down so many times in the past with other supplements, minerals and vitamins. But I’m very hopeful, since I feel a little better everyday. There have been no side effects, that I can tell. I will update this review in a month to let others know if it’s the real deal. So far, I’m hopeful. Best of luck to all!
