Rhino Rack SUNSEEKER 2.5M BLACK

The awning is of great quality. As I expected it would be. Unfortunately one of the two awnings I ordered, arrived with damaged packaging. Seems as though this is a common problem during the shipping of this awning. The awning was missing the small box containing the mounting hardware. I immediately reached out to the seller - Hitchweb Canada. Provided them with their requested information. They promptly sent me a replacement awning as I sent back the awning missing the hardware. Excellent customer support! Highly recommend Hitchweb.

This item endured some significant weather conditions, and I was satisfied with the quality of this product. I mounted this item to my Crosstrek, with an Oztent attached to the far side. It endured a rainstorm where I was unfortunately away from my setup. I returned to the awning full of 1-2 gallons of water, and it did not break! I was able to remove the water from it. Because the Crosstrek is short, I was not able to pitch the awning at the correct height for water to shed off. As I was concerned with more rain, with limited items at my disposal, I had an extra pole from my Oztent that I extended to push the top of the awning up. It was not a good pole, and very well could have punctured the awning material, but it did not! Very impressed with the quality of this product, my situation could have been a lot worse. I also credit this to my secure mount/anchoring to the ground.

Très satisfaite de mon auvent ! Facile à monter avec des instructions claires. Attention : Pour un Dodge Grand Caravan , il faut cependant ajouter une extension sur les barres de toit originales sinon ça fonctionne pas !!!

As others have mentioned, mine did not come with any of the mounting hardware either. I was missing the brackets, nuts, bolts and guylines (but got the stakes for the guylines). Definitely recommend buying mounting hardware separately. Once I ordered all the hardware needed install.was very easy. I already have Rhino Rack vortex bars on my truck so the brackets easily slide in place. Setting it up is fairly straightforward and only takes a few minutes. And it quickly rolls back up for storage. I love the velcro tabs to help keep it in place while zipping the bag up.

I have purchased two Rhino-Rack Sunseeker awnings for my off-road camping vehicles. They were easy to install using the existing racks on the vehicles. Setting up is fairly straightforward and can be done by one person, but easier with two. It provides good protection from the elements. It may not matter to most people, but I like the black poles.
