Please return it at the earliest possible. ### ⭐ Received Sealed but Broken Lipstick *by A***E on 7 July 2026* I was disappointed to receive this lipstick sealed but already broken. The tip of the lipstick was pressed against the inside of the cap, as shown in my photos. After opening it, the inner black tube also came loose, which made the product unusable. The lipstick itself seems like it would have been a nice matte formula with a pretty color for the price, so my low rating is based on the condition in which it arrived, not the formula. I noticed several other reviewers experienced the same issue, so this doesn’t appear to be an isolated incident. I paid full price and expected to receive a product that was intact and ready to use. I contacted customer service to see if there was another solution, but the option available to me wasn’t practical at the time. I was disappointed because I was left with a damaged product that I couldn’t confidently use.
