Bought this for my 82 year old mother. She has low vision so cruising social sites for family photos isn’t an option. This frame was so easy to set up. I created a folder of photos on my iPhone before her frame arrived then uploaded them once it was delivered. Easy. I then texted a link to family members and just sending photos through text puts photos directly onto the frame. Cool. I like it. You can then manage the frame through their app - which photos to change out/remove, how fast to display them, etc. I can manage my mom’s frame via the app from 100 miles away. Perfect. I read reviews of other frames and this one stuck out because I don’t have to pay a subscription, I have unlimited photos and free storage. I also discovered that the ease of use is exactly as others described. It’s easy. Picture quality is bright and clear although bad photo in, bad photo displayed.. It turns off at night and back on when light hits it. Nice. Buy it. It’s worth the money. I’ve enjoyed watching the photos roll by, having others in the family post photos — and I think mom will love it. It’s an easy, fun way for family to stay connected. 👍

My brother and I just got this for my mom for her birthday. Easy, painless setup and the app works extremely well. The frame feels substantial and has a quality feel, and it is a good size. All of us are able to add pictures extremely easily and everything connected and paired seamlessly. She loves it and we plan to get more for other family members for future gifts.

This is a very high-quality frame that is very easy to use. I currently have it set up and a business lobby. My clients absolutely love it. I am constantly getting compliments on it. It gives him something to look at while they wait. I think the size is perfect. The color accuracy and picture quality is great. It works very well so far and I don’t have any complaints at all. The app is very easy to use.

I really like my Aura. I previously had a nixplay for many years, but was disappointed when Nixplay began requiring a subscription for $30 a year. I love that Aura has no subscription and unlimited data. The image quality is excellent. It is very easy to invite friends and family to contribute. I like that you can either use the app or just text a photo and it will be uploaded. I like that you can press the button on top and it says where the photo was taken. I am very happy with this replacement for my nixplay which broke after many years. And I appreciate not having a subscription.

Easy to use and set up. I purchased this for my mother, my FIL, and a family friend. They all love it. I am able to easily maintain and upload pictures to 3 separate accounts and frames. It is also easy to add other people to the frames so that multiple people can send pictures to the frames. The picture quality is great and very attractive frames. They appear to be durable although we’ve only had them for a year so far. Overall I would say this is worth the money and a good user-friendly smart frame!

I enjoy this picture frame. Got it the xmas of 24. A couple times I had to reset it. Once it took a week to get back online and i thought i was going to have to erase my account and start over, but then it went back to normal. I like the fact that you can switch the timing of how you want pictures to go by. I ended up at 5 minutes per picture, so we can actually appreciate each one. It really is a nice gift. We take so many pictures and they just stay in our phones, so this is a good way to actually see them. My only reason for the 4 starts are the couple times i had reset issues, but that was literally maybe 3 times, over the course of the past year, and only one of those times affected me. If you are looking for a digital frame, there are definitely cheaper ones on the market. I do like the design and look of this one though. It doesn't 'feel or look' cheap. and that I appreciate. If you are going to display your memories, might as well give it a nice frame. If the price

I gave this frame to my wife as a gift for Christmas and it got a way better response than I anticipated. My wife and kid immediately fell in love with it. The display quality is great - not just great for a digital frame but genuinely great. I've seen other family members receive no name or off brand frames in recent years and the screens always look TERRIBLE. Bad viewing angles and colors, brightness and contrast which are just glaring to look at. Just over all bad displays. This Aura frame's screen is the centerpiece of the device and thankfully it delivers and impresses easily. I like that the device is cloud connected (even while I try to reduce my reliance on cloud services) for the simple fact that Aura app makes it extremely simple and convenient to add and manage photos/videos on the device. I do wish it had offline, onboard storage as an option but in my experience you end up adding a few hundred pictures at the beginning and maybe 1 or 2 more times and then the photo frame is just full of 5 year pictures with new new content. Aura makes it incredibly easy to add new content and gifting it is where it really shines. If you're giving this as a gift, you have the ability to upload photos to Aura's servers, via the app, and when the recipient activates the frame, they will automatically download all the photos you preloaded their frame with. This is a great experience for the recipient because they can have hundreds or 1000s of pictures viewable on the device within 5 minutes of setup without any work on their end. The owner can manage who else may add photos to frame remotely so this allows different family members or friends to send photos to your frame - great feature in my opinion. Photos can be uploaded via mobile app (We've only used Apple devices so far), SMS/MMS, or email. This is pretty flexible and allows anyone with a photo capable phone share photos regardless of mobile ecosystem. Email is another nice OS agnostic option. I'd preferably like to use a web site but didn't see that as an option. Please be aware you run the risk of the photo frame either being bricked or not able to add more content if Aura goes out of business or discontinues support for this device and/or their app. My only gripe with the device is that it cannot be wall mounted. Aura does make other frames which may be wall mounted but they are larger and more expensive.
