Easy to use and everything you need is included
Excellent. I used it on a 1x2 hardwood frame and it worked exactly as described and easy to use. Nice clamp that comes with it too but anything bigger than 1x2 and the clamp doesn't open wide enough so you need alternative clamps.

Kreg always builds quality tools and this is another one to add to my list.

Good product
Really handy jig, works great. The drill bit makes holes fast and the clamp holds tight. The item support different size. The box lid falls off kinda easy tho, but no big deal.

Good for entry level joinery at this price point
This Kreg jig kit is an entry level joinery tool. It comes with a custom drill bit, custom drill driver, handy adjustment tool and some screws at different lengths so you can get started right away. The jig is mostly plastic, so it has "handy duty" build quality, but it works very well -- provided you are careful during setup and don't abuse it or the custom drill bit. I'd have given it 5 stars if it was constructed entirely of metal. Despite plastic construction, the jig is reasonably solid and can be very accurate. I hope it holds up over time. I used the jig to face a bunch of plywood with a poplar frame, joined plywood and pine, and built two test cabinet boxes. I learned a few key things along the way: Practice a few times on scrap wood before you attempt your actual joins; you'll learn fast, and it will save you time and expense. Have the right screws for the job, pocket hole screws vary based on intended use [I learned this the hard way]. There are indoor and outdoor, coarse and fine thread, short and long screws. Know your stock thickness and choose the right type/length screws for the job. Have coarse thread screws on hand for soft wood, get some fine thread screws for hardwoods or you'll split the wood. You must pay attention and match the stock thickness indicators on both the jig itself and the bit collar. Once you get into the habit of checking both the jig and the bit collar before you start your pocket hole[s], you can make a lot of joins in a short period of time without mistakes. Drill all your pocket holes first, glue and screw later. This saves time, as you won't have to be constantly swapping out drill/driver bits, wishing you had more than one drill. For best results, clamp the jig and both pieces close to the join. If you don't, the pieces can and will move on you, exposing you to a bad [uneven] join. Don't rush while drilling. The custom Kreg bits are on the brittle side, so they are easily breakable. When working on big pieces of stock, ease the drill bit in and out to clear shavings. Put the custom bit away when not in use so it doesn't get dull from hitting things or fall off your work bench onto concrete and break. Resist the temptation to overtighten when screwing your piece together, you could strip out the countersink or get a screw head poking through. Let the glue and the screw do the work. Be careful when joining differing types of materials. Avoid joining soft and hard materials a pocket jig. And avoid screwing toward end grain -- especially if the grain is very coarse. Those types of joins don't hold, so screw from end grain toward cross grain whenever possible.

Strong, Precise, and a Reminder That Every Build Needs a Firm Foundation 🪚🧰✝️
The KREG Pocket-Hole Jig 320 with the Classic 2-inch Face Clamp is hands-down one of the most useful tools in my woodworking kit. Whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned builder, this jig makes creating strong, accurate pocket holes quick and easy. The adjustability for materials from ½" to 1½" thick is super handy, and the included face clamp gives you that extra hold you need for a solid joint—especially in tight spaces. I’ve used it for everything from furniture repairs to DIY shelves, and every time, I’m reminded how important it is to line things up properly and secure them with care. It’s the same with life—without a strong foundation, things fall apart. But when we build on the truth of God’s Word and let Jesus be the cornerstone, everything becomes more stable, more secure, and more meaningful. This tool doesn’t just make projects easier—it reminds me that God equips us to build lives, homes, and relationships that last. Just like this jig helps strengthen the connection between two boards, faith strengthens the connection between our purpose and His plan. Highly recommend—both for your toolbox and as a little reminder that every good builder trusts the Blueprint of the Master Carpenter. 🛠️✝️📏
