Unfortunately, this isn’t going to work for my fully tiled shower. I didn’t want to screw into my tile, so I used strong double sided tape to attach into my shower. While it worked great for about a week, it came crashing down and made a huge mess with my expensive shampoo and conditioner that went to complete waste. One thing to note- you will likely need to dilute your products in order for them to pump. My shampoo was fine, but my conditioner I had to dilute a solid 50% to get it to pump though. It is very thick to start with so I did anticipate needing to do so. Another thing is the key to “lock” the tops on did not work for either of my two bottles. I didn’t find this a big deal as they seemed to sit on just fine. All in all, this has not met my need with a tile shower. While it may work if you are willing to drill it in, I didn’t find the material super solid so I can’t say for how it would actually hold up long term to make it worth drilling into your wall for.

I did contact supplier by messages and had no response but to return now the item which I really like I need one lid as it won’t lock as there is a little piece of plastic missing I wanted to no if you can send that one lid before I return item

This soap dispenser set comes in a plain cardboard box and inside you’ll find the dispensers, wall fixings, 2x keys, and an instructional leaflet. The soap dispensers are made from plastic and feel well made. They have a tinted, translucent chamber which gives them a more modern look. They are also lockable with the included keys and use a simple catch that rotates to hook the lid down into place. Even though there are two chambers, they can’t be split apart as the wall mount is one whole piece and they both slot into it. This means they must go together and will always be side by side. There are multiple options for mounting which includes drilling to the wall with the included wall plugs and screws, 2x double side sticky tape, and a sticky back plastic with a screw thread and bolt. I found the installation leaflet to be useless as I had to suss it out on my own on how to mount them with the sticky back sheets and they both go at the top and the sticky foam sheets go at the bottom. You remove the nut and push the thread through from behind and loosely tighten the nut up. Does this with the other one, peel off the backing sheet, and then stick the wall mount into position. You can then remove the nuts again, move the wall mount away, and you can then apply pressure to the sticky sheets to make sure they have good adhesion. I left these in place for 24 hours which is usually the norm for these. The next day, I secured the mount to them with the nuts and slid the chambers into place. They lock into place with a simple tab and when the lid is locked into place, the release tab can’t be accessed so you can only remove the chamber with the lid removed. In use, it is easy to fill up by removing the lid and pouring in your liquid. I couldn't get the shampoo or shower gel to dispense at first but I had to mix a little bit of water in with a small amount at the bottom just to get it going. I then topped up it up further with both shampoo and body wash in each and it seemed to dispense fine after that. They're hygienic and eco-friendly. The dispenser has a non-drip valve that prevents leaks and spills. It also dispenses the right amount of product every time, so you don't waste any. Plus, you can use any brand of shampoo, conditioner, or shower gel you want, which means you can buy in bulk and reduce plastic waste. Overall, I think this wall mounted shampoo dispenser is a great addition to my bathroom. It makes my shower experience more convenient and enjoyable. If you're looking for a way to organize your shower products and save money and the environment, these would be ideal. I do think they are a little expensive for what they are but they do look really nice and work exceptionally well with no issue.
