I had to get contractor to mount on eve outside my garage which took several weeks. Once installed at a distance of only 10-12 feet from modem thru window, ALWAYS got too weak a signal to communicate. (I have a strong 5G modem)Because of contractor delay to mount, seller would not take return because it was outside of accepted time limit. So I am stuck with this total junk.
