I'm taking a GLP-1 for my diabetes and have been having trouble getting enough protein in. I'm getting sick of cottage cheese, Greek yoghurt, and chicken breast so I was looking into whey protein isolate. I had tried a couple of protein shakes and found them awful, so I was anticipating holding my nose when I drank. I'm also allergic to most artificial sweeteners and don't like Stevia. I do like erythritol, though. So I was looking for a protein shake that supplied 25mg+ of protein either unsweetened or sweetened with erythritol. This one had good reviews and came in dark chocolate, so I ordered it.Heeding the advice I'd picked up from reviews,I mixed one scoop with a bit over 12 oz of cold whole milk, a gently rounded teaspoon of gourmet organic cocoa powder, and a heaping spoon of extra erythritol. D*mn. That was good!I wish I could buy it in smaller quantuties, because I want to try the vanilla or unflavored in a smoothien with berries, but for now I'll settle for my super chocolate recipe.

Great tasting protein! Makes good shakes and great to add to whipped cream for a sweet, filling treat! I've tried several other brands but this one is the best!

My all time favorite protein powder. I love the chocolate flavor the best! It does not have that fake sugar taste. I have used it a lot to make protein ice cream and due to the rich chocolate flavor it turns out amazing EVERYTIME! Unfortunately the price has increased.

Absolutely love the flavor, will get again for my husband and kids unfortunately it still has to much lactose for me to use. That’s the reason for the 4 instead of 5 start.

I love this product and wish they could sponsor me because I spend one to much money on it 😂 Jokes apart, I never hated a whey protein that is as good as Raw Nutrition Whey Proteins. I use a pot of the peanut butter flavor per week and my husband uses the same amount of the dark chocolate flavor. The protein quality is amazing, thick and nice flavor, helps with my muscle growth. The size of the scoop is exactly what I need (30 grams) and I can drink with just water because is ease to mix.
