Having used these for 6 months I am convinced that they work. Throughout the summer when I've been in the sun I have never gone red, just straight to brown. I still have a deep golden tan in November. Any light exposure seems to keep you tanned. I use in conjunction with a small led tanning panel and I have the same level of tan as my friend who has just done a week in Tenerife

These capsules do absolutely nothing for a tan, after 3 months of taking them. As well as using a sunbed, they do not even help to enhance a sunbed tan. Would not buy again or recommend
