Am disappointed to that it didn't come with the black sponge on the cover to protect the stainless tools. Other clients have received the blue brush for easier cleaning but I didn't get mine as well. Am wondering if they were in a hurry to send mine over without even checking the production. However I tried the blackhead remover and it did a good job at removing the white and blackheads. I chose this thinking it was a better quality compared to other cheaper generic versions but I think they are all the same. They all come from the same manufacturer in China and just have their brand engraved or printed on the top of the metal cover. It felt so generic.
