Everyone's setup is a bit different. I have a large desk surface and choose to use a stand for each monitor that allows storage spots under each monitor - that seems to work best for me.

I don't Know. I use normal brightness and Game HDR. It's good.

There is one on eBay but only one. Just search on Dell S2418HN monitor power supply.
