The seller is not at all responsible they simply refused to accept the item within given time frame. No support from there side. The product is very small in size and not of any use. They don't even provide contact no simply they give address and when u send the item back they refused to accept and by that time ur return window will be closed and it is a complete loss on your pocket.

Helped to organise all heavy pots and pans in the kitchen Appearance is good Sturdiness not so happy and also not so happy with design is placed on top of each other vessels might fall but if placed horizontally it hold only few pans may be so didn’t quite help me personally but the product is worth for those who want a organiser for this purpose
