Celestron SkyMaster 15-35x70 Binoculars with Zoom for Long-Range Viewing

These binoculars are quite exceptional for their price, although their build quality is not the best, I must say that it was above what I expected for the price. They work like any other pair of binoculars and are intuitive to use, but at the same time you must know what these are for. DO NOT use these for looking at objectives that are close in distance, the colimation will seem off otherwise, before you return them for bad colimation I recommend using it on a distant target to test it, the further the better. As for the optics themselves they're excellent, the glass is clear and lets through a lot of light, although some brightness is lost at higher zooms the 70mm objective lenses are more than capable of delivering a bright picture. They're quite heavy but bearable, I recommend using a tripod, but if you have steady hands they're very much usable that way. The FOV is small, this is because they're meant for astronomy, this should be expected, I calculate an FOV of 2.2 degrees, this creates a tunnel effect so look into that before buying if it bother you. Overall for the price they're very good

Excellent quality/ price, more than expected

I had no issues with these as others seemed to have. I could see the moon craters clearly. My only beef, they are heavy, and will topple over most medium or small tripods.

These were great but very heavy and honestly did not see as clearly or as far as advertised. Cannot see up close stars or even the moon. Hard to hold still b/c of the weight

Birthday gift for my son. We were using regular binoculars 7x35. These binoculars literally put the moon in our face! We can see the moons of Jupiter clear enough to count them! AND one night we saw the rings on Saturn! Highly recommend these binoculars for amateurs wanting to up grade for a better night sky viewing experience. I also recommend a stand to mount them on. More stability, less jiggling. Clarity is good too! Use the strap around your neck for safety. They are on the heavier side as well. You won’t be disappointed with these binoculars!

Honestly, they’re not great and I wouldn’t buy anything from this company. They’re all Chinese knockoffs. You should just go with Japanese. It’s way better in every way and you’ll pay a little bit more but you’ll get what you’re looking for. Also, the refund process with these is miserable. Amazon is trying to make it as difficult as possible so that they can have more Chinese manufacturers making poor quality stuff on here and they’re trying to show their support by making it very difficult for people to return items I would never buy anything from this company ever again because of that the refund is taking literally two months!

Bought these to go to the night park in Michigan. If you’re using them to look at the sky, then you’ll need a tripod. Too shaky otherwise. They don’t zoom in far enough for looking at the stars, but I had good detail looking at the moon from my back yard. The kit comes with the attachment for a tripod, a case, lens covers, and a cleaning cloth. They’re very large binoculars, so be ready for that. The case made them easy to transport when riding a bicycle.

These are good because they are light, wish the lens covers were better,,, simple fix for the company,,, the tripod bracket is also very cheap,,,

Well made and optically clear. Would recommend using a tripod as these are as heavy as expected. In comparison to my previous pair of binoculars, no contest as far as clarity and lenses quality goes.

This is my first used purchase through Amazon and will not be my last. Product arrived quickly and it is almost new. All the original packaging in tact. The binoculars are powerful and I do not need a tripod.
