The fine count is excellent with the tea being made from only the two leaf and a bud. The leaves are delicately entwined and rolled into thin wiry made tea after a careful withering. The aromatic leaves lend prominent greenish-ness along with the presence of silvery tips in plenty. The leaves exudes a pleasant aroma associated with fresh tea, floral character typical to than of AV2 teas, no astringent taste, has pleasant floral sweetness to it. Liquor: The fresh liquor is delicious and has this invitingly bright golden yellow in color with a smooth delicate taste. Astringent taste is absent. The sweet floral notes are prominent when sipped, the tea flavor is felt briefly followed by floral feel-good after-taste felt all over. When sipped cold, the typical AV2 floral character is distinct and no astringency is noted. The tea in it self is delicate with smoothness. Brewing Instructions: For a cup (200ml) a tea spoonful (2.5gm) is advised. Cool the already boiled water to around 90ºC . Steep for about 5 to 6 minutes with the lid covered over the steeping vessel.
