INNOLIFE Standard Arm Wrestling Battle Table (Small wrist strength training rack)

Dude for my first day I love it so much my arms hurt but i can't stop using it it's like a drug. Now I will take a few pictures later i'm single for now so i made a hole in my table to install this baby. I have it set up to simulate actual arm wrestling and it's the best. I'm 42 and i already have other setups that i've been using and no kids on their 20's have been able to beat me not even grown man and I love it so much. With this I will get even stronger and I can feel it in my arms and shoulders when working out with this fella. I am very Happy!

Overall the concept is great, but it's not meant for an arm wrestling table with the soft pad upholstered in vinyl, the pressure from the clamps will damage the vinyl on the table. This would work best on a hard table or something else.

I am loving this setup. its a great work out and construction quality is nice. my only complaint is the cable is about a foot too short. cant really adjust the pulley height for that reason. That does limit its use. otherwise it would be 5 stars.

If you're a puller, you'll love these pulleys! They do exactly what you need them to do in infinite directions and distances. With the proper grips, you almost don't need any other workout equipment. You will have to add some plates, but that's to be expected. And they may well outlast your table!

It actually makes the product harder to lift and forces the user to lift with strength and technique.

No nuts for the bolts and the manual was destroyed in packaging so i can't read

Build is very good, easy to set up and operates smoothly. The flexibility makes is easy to work different angles, I feel like my training is on another level now.
